Masala Kitchen opened it’s doors in July 2012, with three founding principles: cooking and serving the best quality food at affordable prices; providing employees with exceptional career training and opportunities that drive ambition and happiness; and daily purchasing fresh ingredients from local markets and utilizing recyclable packaging.
