Dakshin was formed by two foodies from Hyderabad in search for a true authentic South Indian cuisine. Southern India, Home to the musical elite, and Home to regional rhythms and ragas, Home to the diverse musical notes. Hyderabad a city located on the banks of river Musi in India, known for Charminar, Pearls and Biryani is a one stop place for all food lovers. Biryani is synonymous with Hyderabad yet the subtitle of its cuisine. At Dakshin we take it a step forward and fuse these musical rhythms of selected regions with a melody of flavors from their respective cuisines.
