Hana Puri's menu consists of a diverse range of cuisine spanning from Persia through to India and Pakistan. Some examples of Persian dishes are the Arabic Pilau and Char grilled favorites such as kebabs and tikkas. They have introduced new concepts in cooking, namely: Charcoal Chicken & Charcoal Fish - a fusion of Middle Eastern/Persian Cuisine and a Tava (iron griddle).
