Tony Kitous of Levant, kenza, pasha and Comptoir libanais is the man responsible of putting back glamour into mezze dining. He has launched his latest concept Shawa in Westfield London. Shawa means grill in Arabic. The menu includes marinated lean lamb and marinated chicken shawarma (kebabs), mezze and LEBANESE pastries, as well as fresh juices such as mango, melon and apple.
