Ünlü Köri Çarşı

We offer menu plays things straight, offering a selection of familiar Indian dishes. Butter chicken, cooked in fresh cream and almonds, delicately flavored king prawn pasanda, and lamb tikka with a sweet and sour edge. A traditional clay oven is rolled out for almost every other dish. The tandoori selection is marinated in fresh spices and yogurt, grilled over charcoal, and then served with a cooling salad. The meat, fish and vegetables in the masala curries are also cooked in the clay oven but thickened with fresh cream.
